I live in a small town and they get about 3 calls per night, so it's very possible with your town.

Unless there is flooding, it is a quiet little town. Almost a declared emergency if the traffic light burns out. Nice town... Grew up two towns over.

PD 1: 500.7875
PD2: 501.5125
