Anybody have any info on this Identifier VVLL880

Looks like it came up from Jacksonville and has circled GSP 3 times at 274Knts, only flying at 2900 Ft. My flight aware is showing no data as to type of aircraft or a course other than the loops around GSP. Looks like a large jet by the icon, but maybe just because info is lacking.

It's a Navy P8, still flying low circles around GSP, must be a training op.
Nothing heard on the scanner here, but am about 35 miles away.

Now moved to Wilminton NC and doing the same thing must be a radar test/ jamming type thing.

VVLLxxx is the callsign for VP-30, the P-8 training squadron down here.
