Anybody tried to clone or Use Win9X?

I am just curious if it would be possible to clone into a pro 97 from an pro 95? Has anybody tried programing with any of the other Don S/W? I am not trying to put you out of business Don, but I get my 97 tomorrow and wont have time to program by hand any time soon.

I really don't think it would be possible, but I am hoping mostly. I don't mind paying, but didnt wanna wait to fully use my new scanner.

Not possible. You can only clone between identical radios (where base and mobile versions of the same radio, e.g. PRO-92/PRO-2067, PRO-96/PRO-2096, count as "identical").

Not sure if it supports the '97 yet, but Don does have a WinXX conversion utility.

The WinXXDataConverter doesn't yet support the PRO-97 (and I'm not sure that it ever will).
