I have an SDS200. They are a bit pricey but works great.

Yes, have been trying to receive Clinton Co Sherriff. Pro-197 and WS1065 unable to receive....guess I will need a Provoice scanner.

I left a link in my message, program in the surrounding counties sites(site neighbors), at least the control channels is the way to do it.
