Anyone else listening to scanner around 1pm Feb.28, 2012 in Olmsted County???

I was listening to the scanner earlier today, around 1pm - 2pm, and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. 2 people, a guy and a girl, must have got ahold of a police radio or something, because for about a half hour they were ranting and raving a bunch of strange nonsense.

I am curious if anybody else heard this? It was extremely bizarre and I hope that I'm not only person that heard this.
