Blondie Once Said To Call Her But Never Answerd
And the data format used to import into the FMSuite.Data.db file?
Reason I ask is that I'm using FMSuite to scan some 2,000 channels but looking at SDR#'s screen I'm not sure if it's actually scanning each channel or not. I'm not sure if my center frequency and step need to be set differently.
Here's an example of two frequencies in this FMSuite database.
460000000,460000000,"","","Unidentified","Unidentified","Test","","","","","","","","","","",0,"",0,0,0,03/05/2024 18:41:49,"NFM",0,0,"Blackman-Harris 4",8000,1000,1,50,1000,1,"FMSuite"
460012500,460012500,"","","Unidentified","Unidentified","Test","","","","","","","","","","",0,"",0,0,0,03/05/2024 18:41:49,"NFM",0,0,"Blackman-Harris 4",8000,1000,1,50,1000,1,"FMSuite"
I'm using a 1 Hertz step as I'm just scanning one frequency at a time. Is that fine?
The frequency being scanned is the same as the center. Is that alright as well?
What I notice in the SDR# receiver is not a whole slew of frequencies being scanned constantly like I'd hoped, but like chucks and it seems like the number after the decimal point is always one of three. Like .000, .250, .500. I'm thinking this is because SDR# is scanning so fast? I'm just wondering if I did something wrong here. See this thread: Rapidly scanning DMR channels in promiscuous mode
Specifically this post: Rapidly scanning DMR channels in promiscuous mode
Thanks!
