Sorry, I didn't get back sooner. It didn't look like there was anybody close. I figured out why I was having problems. I grabbed the local freqs off the database with FreeScan and it showed a tower at Gillette. I couldn't get anything and tried a few days later and the closest tower it showed was at Rozet. There wasn't a Gillette tower listed. I don't know why FreeScan showed one the first time. There isn't even one on the map. Once I went with the Rozet Hill tower it worked, although I can't pick it up at my house. I can get it if I drive a few miles.
I do wish the database had the Wy Hwy Patrol section was updated. There is a thread with them listed, but they aren't all in the data base. Thanks.
