Anyone have a GE MPA Programmer?

Does anyone have a GE MPA programmer? I have a MPA system with keypad version of the MPA.

I am located in Exton, if there are any local people with a programmer, please let me know.

I currently have the software, just no programmer.

I have the programmer, but no longer have the cable. If you can get your hands on a cable either borrow or buy (try Price Industries), I can make arrangements with the programmer.

I'm in Northern Lancaster County.
