Anyone have a Motorola KVL3000 or KVL3000-plus in GTA?

I'm looking to ideally use a Motorola KVL3000 or KVL3000-plus to keyload a bunch of EFJohnson 5100 VHF portables and 5300 VHF mobiles. I have my own cables to connect directly to said keyloader. I may consider purchase if price is attractive or can do some pay or contra arrangement to use said loader onsite in my vehicle for no more than 1 hour.
