Anyone have a schematic for a Ray Jefferson 640 RDF?

I am looking to install dial lights over the area so I can see the frequencies better at night. The signal/DF meter lamp works but I am not sure what voltage or such is driving that lamp. Guessing a 12 volt grain of wheat. Would like to tap off of 8 volts somewhere and put a string of backlight LEDs behind the display. Hence a schematic needed, or even a owners manual for either the 630 or 640 as they were pretty much the same radios. different bands though.
