Here's mine.

The PC is a Lenovo M93 Tiny running Windows Internet of Things (IoT) version. I'm running RadioFeed on it and I'm sending tags. I also have a reserve IP on my router for the SDS200, which is about the only reliable way you can stream an SDS200 over its ethernet port, because they do not like DHCP. I run the PC "headless" and RDP into it from another PC to admin it when needed, which having no monitor gives it a very clean aesthetic. I have been a PC tech for 30+ yrs which gave me the knowledge to do all of the above.

Something interesting about the SDS200, while you are streaming it from its ethernet port with a mini PC, on a separate PC you can use the SDS200’s com port to run ProScan at the same time. Which is great because, I have the SDS200’s audio “line in’ed” to the 2nd PC for real time listening. It is nearly like having 2 scanners in one, Uniden really did think of everything.

Hey Brad!

My PC is a generic Windows based tablet purchased on Amazon for $160.00. My SDS200 is wired to my router and out of sight in a separate room. I remote into my SDS via ProScan from both my iphone and laptop depending on environment. My area is already well covered on BCFY, so I’m not streaming to avoid duplicating content.

Most of my (geographically distributed) Broadcastify nodes look about like this. They are all running trunk-recorder on a Raspberry Pi 4 or 5 with an Airspy Mini SDR. Pretty compact and inconspicuous!

I do have one "old-fashioned" feed running from a BCD436HP and an older Raspberry Pi 3B+ at an elevated location, as shown below. Not the sleekest setup ever, but it gets the job done. Power to the Pi is provided over Ethernet, and the scanner is powered via USB and also sends alpha tag info to the Pi over USB.

Here is one iteration of what I’m currently running. I eventually pulled two of them out and replace them with some PSR 800 scanners. I’m working on replacing them all with SDR’s.
