Anyone have freqs for Ellington F-16s (147th ANG)

Looking for the frequencies used by the 147th fighter wing at Ellington AFB near Houston. Any Houston area CAP frequencies?

Also, about once or twice a month, I see 4 armed Apaches flying west or northwest from Katy....Ft Hood or Crawford bound ??? Anyone know about these?

Also check out the monitoring nasa space communications pdf as it has CAP freq's.
