Anyone have info on the next PSR-500 firmware release?

I've seen bits and pieces floating around, anyone have any ideas on fixes or targeted release month?

Yes, I had to send back to GRE my new PSR 500 because of a smudge under the LCD window for exchange and I was told directly by GRE that a new firmware release is coming in March.

I know one thing they have great customer support..I had a few?'s and in 10 minuets i had a reply and they even took the time to adjust my settings on my bin file and send it back to me so my trunking would work properly..Super nice folk's to deal with and willing to go that extra mile to make you smile.

Yes, they were super nice.They said replacing it with a new one was no problem at all. Very nice people to deal with.

Yes there is one comming soon. Sent an idea to customer support and next day they got back to me and stated what I was asking about was comming out in a new firmware release very soon. They asked me to keep what I asked them a secret, and I am, but lets just say there have been posts on it.

Well, I was not told any details concerning what the release would address, but I don't remember any request to keep the fact that a release was coming a secret.

Good. Glad I didn't let the cat out of the bag. I'm looking forward to getting it. Been reading the manual, got to decide which software to purchase.
