I live on Staten Island and I receive Montclair digital very good on my BCD396XT. Double check the following...Enter as Motorola. Enter as Custom Band Plan. Band Plan 1: Lower Base 500.000, Upper Base 502.3625, Offset 380, Spacing 12.5. Band Plan 2: Lower Base 506.0000, Upper Base 508.3625, Offset 570, Spacing 12.5 and the Frequencies 507.0500, 507.2000, 506.9250. Sorry if this is the same info as Scott's files.

Are you using software like Freescan? It is a Motorola Type II system. LCN does not apply. Also it should be entered as Motorola UHF. Then you can enter the custom band plan. Its still better to use Freescan, or some other software, then you could import directly from RR database.

Mine works just fine - it's been mentioned already in this thread. there is very little action, other than PD dispatch, on the system...
