On the CSP 3A/3C channels up in Weld and Larimer Counties, Pueblo was the dispatch they were talking to. I thought this was interesting as I’ve never observed it before.

Denver Regional Communications Center had a total power outage from about 06:30 to 08:30 this morning. Pueblo took over the radios at 06:56 with a lot of interesting regions being patched together like 1A with 2A, 1C to 2B, 1D to 2C, and 3A/3C to 2D. For a period of time you could hear units from the opposite ends of the state on the same talkgroup.

it's actually not as rare as you'd think. Every time the fire alarms go off in Denver, Radio traffic is switched to Pueblo. Not to mention 3D and 3B still being dispatched out of Pueblo instead of Denver....due to "manpower"
