To the man who programmed my scammer:

Can you somday please come back out to change it or @ least tell me how too? I cannot pick up fire/rescue dispatch 7A because the police are on it all the time, also is there a way to move the channels so bank 1 is for the police & bank 2 for the fire & bank 3 for the traffic? Dad sent in the $30 to DON STARR for the win96 program [check] in May & so fare we heard noting, will try to figure it out because I think in the book it tells you how to move things around.
