Anyone in PHX Metro or Tucson that is using DMR radio to monitor only?

I am new to DMR monitoring, I was curious if anyone could answer some regional specific questions.
First question, any recommendations on which software to use Win10 or Win 11? I plan on using the Baofeng software to program.
Second question, Could I hear only, a DMR transmission from a Phoenix business while in Casa Grande?

I am trying to do this with a Baofeng DM-32. I am a listen only guy. I used Win11 to program the radio and the Analog entries work great, the DMR in my area seems to use encryption. so I have not heard any business DMR.

If your DM-32 is anything like my Radioddity GD-77 (OpenGD77) then it's not capable of receiving the Motorola Capacity Plus and Connect Plus transmissions which are common in Pima County. Other than the amateur radio users, the only DMR comms I can receive are from Trico Electrical Cooperative (152.2925).

k7xta I finally figured out the DMR programming and your correct that we can only receive a few comms on DMR that are clear. So far the Baofeng dm32 has been a great radio.
