I have this scanner, and it seems I have access to everything needed to load it, but I havn't got a clue in space on how or what to do. I don't understand any of it, I am old school crystal frequency chips, but I am not that old. I do traffic reports on a Salt Lake Radio station, and would love to use my own scanner to monitor from also. If you can help, contact me and I'd even be willing to pay if needed for the time.
