Anyone in the Memphis, TN area using a 396T?

Memphis is in the process of changing over to digital. I have friends with RS Pro-96's that are already starting to hear the digital. I can't get anything at all on my 396.

I'm wondering if it's just a setting I need to tweak, or if there is a problem with my scanner.

I just bought a 396t. I can hear Memphis ok but sometimes it is a little garbled--still tweaking it. How is yours working?

I bought one today and finally got it trunking the new system tonight. It sounds OK I suppose. I have the P25 setting on auto.
I also have a Pro 96. As everybody seems to say I think it does sound better than the Uniden.
I live in N. MS.
