Anyone in Tulsa Area with HomePatrol willing to Assist in Explaining Favorites

Anyone else in Tulsa Area using Home Patrol 1?
I am trying to understand the Favorites and Best way to use them with the Sentinel Software. I understand some of it...but just need some helpful advice.
