Seems like I saw where the Chickasaw Nation was working with the state by moving the Marietta site which was never built a little south to near the Winstar Casino near Thackerville.. Perhaps it will be a p25 capable site hence the link to Muskogee??

iii. Civil work began on 09/07/11
iv. Shelter has been installed
v. Fixed Network Equipment is to be installed the week of September 19th
