I've been listening to the vice channel in Camden and one of the officers said: "Wanna go over to the 403?" A second officer responded by saying: "Belly of the beast, let's go."

Where in Camden is "the 403"?

I'm not sure EssexScan, during the discussion, they were targeting various areas of the city for what sounded like drive-throughs and surveillance. In fact, shortly after they had that 403 exchange, one officer said: "Let me make a stop at the convenience store. I need a pack of gum. You want anything?"

It sounded more like they were going to make a pass through a particularly rough area of town.
