B platoons car 641 is bad about that, and there are a few other chiefs that dont regroup their companies on large assignments. I wonder why the captains cant tell the assignment to regroup?
The general discussion back then was that it was too confusing to switch everyone and they usually don't need to anyway. But I never did understand how it can be so easy and so automatic for a department like BA but for Tulsa it's a no-can-do.
And I'm also still curious why Bixby and Glenpool FDs don't use the trunked system.
heck, if I was at the console, I'd use the dynamic regroup to make them go to a fire tac. I bet alot of it has to do with unwillingness to change and people's egos
