Okay I know this is a long shot, but in the remote chance someone here monitors milair in Japan near Tokyo, I'm wondering if they can they identify this aircraft and confirm the callsign ? Heard on the LiveATC feeds covering Tokyo Control on 120.500 and 132.100, September 1st around 0145-0200 UTC. Callsign sounds like MENA ? 54. It might not be military but it was blocked on ads-b exchange and FlightRadar24. LiveATC Audio
