Anyone near Lansing with a BC 296?

I have a friend thats a retired Rail Police Officer and he don't use a computer as he has bad eye sight. He had his 296 programmed to the Detroit and Genessee systems for when he makes his weekly trips there. He had someone program it and he doesn't hear a thing on it.

Can someone PM me so i can get you to help him. He is willing to come to you if thats the case.

Those systems are simulcast and very difficult to hear with Unidens...
