Anyone picking up MCCI (Monmouth County Correctional Institute) ?

The only thing I can find in the DB is these 2 conventional channels, but I never hear anything on them. I’m less than 1/2 mile away, I feel like I should be able to pick them up.
Maybe they’re on the NJICS or MCPS systems but I don’t see any IDs listed as such.

Im going to go with encrypted on Monmouth County TRS as all (exept for the hot line) are all no longer used (as far as Im aware).

I sort of figured as much. I didn’t see a talkgroup ID specifically labeled for them, but that really doesn’t mean anything.

Try listening to the frequencies at carrier squelch. Maybe they changed PLs, or went digital conventional (encrypted or not).
