Anyone willing to help program?

In Fremont and struggling to program this scanner (Whistler 1065). Anyone know of anyone that knows how to program? Need to hear Fremont PD and Dodge county.

I think that scanner only does phase 1 P25 talkgroup. Fremont PD and FD are phase 2 P25 talkgroups. It won't work for them.
