Can't be done.
Police are on 142.035 but signal is encrypted.

Greatly appreciated guys, there is no way arround that encrypted is there?
Im currently using a Uniden Bearcat BC769D

Not for the city police, but hey, the 796D will do Fleetnet.
You could program the Cornwall tower and possibly Alfred and Winchester as well.
That would give you OPP and ambulance .
Fire is dispatched on 154.130 so if anything big would go down , I'm sure these other agencies would be all over it and you could be informed as well if you monitored.
