Sense the FCC has allready auctioned off the 700mhz band will there be anything to monitor or will it be all digital? With this change i wonder what will happen to UHF TV
channels about ch 60? We have a local station at ch64, they will be eliminated when all
tv goes digital however they havent said anything about changing to a new frequency.

Well, as far as your channel 64, it will change. As for 700 MHz stuff, the auctions that just took place have nothing to do with what we (as scanner hobbyists) listen to. The 700 MHz Public Safety frequencies have been in place for a number of years; although, since not all the TV channels are off the air, they may not being used in your area. There are plenty of PS agencies using the 700 MHz spectrum right now and some of the systems in place are pretty big; e.g. LATIE, CO DTRS, Starcom21, etc.
