AOR 3000A Keyboard locked after Reset

I've got an used AOR 3000A scanner.
After first powerd on the display showed garbeld digits. But i could make entries over the keyboard, also
the main tuning knob worked. The cmos battery was empty. After a replace and reset the displays showed
all entries clear and comming back with 80.000 khz. But i can not make any entries or change frequency
via main tuning knob. But the memory reset with button 3&6 before power on works fine. So i think this indicates
that the keyboard is working, but "locked" after memory or full reset.
Has anyone an idea to "unlock" it ?

Take bottom of radio and push reset button on back of ther CPU/keyboard assembly again. Sometimes it takes more than once to do it.

AOR 3000 keyboard "malefunction"

Ok, thanks for the hints - in the meantime i found the simple solution: without my own doing the backside
switch for remote operation was changend.... And reset was doing what it is for. So now the AOR works fine.

Forgot about the remote switch on the back, on the AR3000 it went into remote mode when the computer cable was connected, the A model changed over to the switch.
