AOR 8200/8600 spectrum plotting software

Hi,
I wrote a small piece of software to plot an arbitrary range of
frequencies at the step of choice.

Being written in Tcl/Tk it's highly portable and has been tested on
Windows, Linux and Windows CE platforms.

free as I release it under GNU/GPL license.
