AOR AR-3000a Battery replace

Does anyone have instructions on how to replace the internal lithium battery in the AOR AR-3000a? i have the bottom cover off and have located the battery, but cant see how it easily slides out. Prefer not to break anything, of course.

Appreciate any assistance.

The battery may have solder tabs on it. I had sent mine back to AOR to replace it when it appeared it wasn't a simple swap.
