AOR has released the AR5700D. Nobody has any yet but there is an unblocked version on the popular auction site for US $4779.00. Ouch...

Well if other users of new AOR gear are having similar problems to the AOR-DV10 fiasco then AOR should just give up. They're not the same company they once were. Pity - they did make some great gear (AOR-3000A, AOR-8600, AOR-5000A+3 to name a few).

Might as well call themselves "Awful Old Rubbish".

To be fair this is a report from one person, it could just be pilot error, only time will tell.

I have been reading his post, some are user errors but the kit also seems buggy. Every digital signal is shown wrong eq. DMR is shown as DSTAR or NXDN which sounds like the same crap development as seen with DV10

I think you are correct, but I am trying to keep an open mind on the receiver for now..
