AOR SA7000 Malfunction?

I have a AOR SA7000 antenna which is working like this video:

As I could see, the HF antenna seems to be short circuited with the ground and the VHF/UHF "IN core" doesn't contact the "OUT core". Strange...

Is it normal?

Would be due the use of duplexer?

There is a transformer in the HF portion and a diplexer between the HF and VHF/UHS side, so you can't go by any ohm meter readings.

So does it mean is it working properly?
Sorry, but I have little knowledge of electronics.
After watching that video, I did a test on mine and turned it off, thinking that it was damaged or shorted.
