Does anyone have an updated list of APD's call signs?? I would say I have about 95% of them, but there are a few that elude me.

Specifically:

870's
880's
930's
980's
1930's
1950's
1970's

Thanks in advance for any help.

I believe the two 800 groups I am looking for are or were narcotics units, I am not even sure they still exist. The 900's I am not sure of, but they are not the Crime Lab, Crime Lab units are in the 1100's. 900's are CIB. They switched impact to Zebra's to avoid any confusion with the new King squads.

Edit: Also, PTC are in the 1500's with Open Space. There are many 1900 units; Auto Theft, Organized Crime, Pawn Shop...

Sounds like your on the right track..810s were narcs, 820 Intel, 840s were ROP... I wrote the call signs SOP over 15 years ago IIRC 1400s were the academy...I'm sure many have changed

Many moons ago all 500s were SWAT, K-9, traffic, DWI,.. ect.... then the 5th area command was added...

I know this has nothing to do with APD, but AFD rather. Their fire/rescue call outs go Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta and Echo. I get those are basically by severity of the call, correct?

But today, for the first time, I heard an Omega call. Does anyone know what that is?

In the list Fowler linked, you will find a tooth-ache is an Omega response.

Edit: And yes, Alpha to Echo are in order of severity. Alpha calls are minor, Echo are life threatening, ie Cardiac Arrest.
