turns out that a unknown caller called the school, and reported that someone on campus had a gun in thier possecion. The school then locked down the school and notified Arcadia PD of the call. They then responded with SWAT, and closed the entire school, and streets around it. The kid then found out it was probaley them they were after so he got up and took off out the door, throwing the gun. A PD officer then saw him running, and started in chase. The eventually caught up to him, and arressted him. Meanwhile, SWAT was going classroom to classroom asking each kid to empty thier whole backpack on the floor. After nothing turned up in that, and they heard that they had a suspect, they searched the school for hours, and finding nothing, they let the students out. After questioning, the officers found out that at the end of the day, the kid was planning to go outside, and just shoot anyone in his sight. When the Police Dept learned the cal, they also found out it was only 30 minutes until that attack happened, but the kid got scared when he saw all the pd units.
