Apha Tags SDS100

I have a SDS100. I currently use Sentinel to download my database and ScannerCast to broadcast my feed. I have several police and fire agencies on my feed. I want to broadcast alpha tags on my feed to specify what department is talking. However, it appears that the SDS100 is not supported in ScannerCast to broadcast alpha tags. Is there a program that I can use to do this? Will Proscan work? If so, which one do I use?
