Apple issue

Now i love apple's products, and for the most part their support. I just called their rebate hotline::1877 427 5776. It says the back to school promotion is still current, which truly ended in september '08. Would anyone know: Do they still have to honor this??

Why do you want that back to school promotion? The reason I ask is because Apple has that Education store on their website, which offers discounts to college students and K12 staff members. Not sure if that's the same thing you wanted, or applicable to your situation.

Nope, its a different promotion. They willl legally have to give me a free ipod now!!
