Applied to broadcast feed, now what? No approval email

I applied yesterday to broadcast a feed for local PD & FD. I filled out the online application and when done it said "Pending" in my profile under "Feeds".

Now when I check my profile there is nothing showing for feed application status. I checked my email for any updates and nothing?

How do I check the status? Is there an email or some notification on approval?

We have no application for you.

It may have been deleted as it may have looked like a bogus application.

Please reapply.
We need to know what agency(s) will be on your feed, along with the frequencies and or talk groups they utilize.

If you cannot supply a complete list, please list the main agencies along with the frequencies and or talk groups they utilize.

A list like this is helpful:

This feed includes:
Home County Sheriff 455.555Mhz
Wayback Police 455.565Mhz
Home County Fire 453.250
Hopeless City EMS 155.565Mhz

FYI, I had to use IE browser to get the input windows to work, Chrome wouldn't show State or County input fields on app.

I want to make sure mine doesn't get deleted as well. I tried to find a way to PM you, richtidd, but I couldn't find a way(hence...me posting here.)
