Applying to provide a live feed

I'm attempting to provide a live feed for my local county EMS & fire. I have checked to make sure there is no duplicate, and the feed seems to work well on my system. However, documentation states that I need to go to My Account, then My Live Audio Feeds. That section of my account doesn't exist anywhere. Is there another way I can apply to provide a feed?
