Hi all,
We have an odd phenomenon on our fleet of APX6500 mobile radios. We have 5 ambulances (dual O7 head, single brick) that when turning the volume up or down, the radio is silent. All alert tones are enabled, such as scan alert, key press, etc. However, we run two APX6500 mobiles (single O7 head, single brick) in a supervisor vehicle and when you turn the volume up or down, it alerts with a tone at that specific volume (if the volume is low, the tone is low, etc.) I have filed through many help folders, forums, and checked about every CPS option I can think of, and I cannot figure out why this occurs.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
