Hi

I have the AR DV10 for a week without finding any problem in the GSSI monitor function.
I have been working with a network with a fixed LA and a CC on 390.4875 Mhz.
Today the CC has changed to another frequency, 390.6875 Mhz and nothing can be heard in VFO and Monitor modes.
Strangely enough, I see that the slot remains fixed and does not change in any of the modes. In trucking it does not detect other frequencies of the network. In TTT all is working fine.
Has anyone encountered this problem?
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

The better way to monitor TETRA with ARDV10 is to connect ARDV10 in VFO mode and connect ARDV10 with usb cable and plug to PC using AR5700 TETRA decoder . It can't follow trunk but you receive all GSSI and SSI

After a week of conducting additional tests, including a full reset of the AR DV10, I believe that the problem could be a parameter not supported for the T-TR mode on the control channel at a frequency of 390.687.500.
It's quite strange because the other 8 control channels in my area are working just fine.
In VFO mode, there are no detected problems with the voice channels associated with the mute CC.
I have attached some images comparing T-TC and TTT for the same CC at the same time. The GSSI on the TTT in slot 4 is in my favorite list on the AR DV10. No slot is detected despite receiving the signal in the DV10.
