AR- TRACK (NEW) ??

I see sugar 41 and 42 doing refueling exercise and was wondering if this is a new ar-track, I have seen other aircraft out there also from time to time. Not picking up any audio from them.

No...it is not a new track. They were conducting random AR within the Adirondack Airspace Complex.
