A short lived X1.1 flare from AR3217 caused brief R3 radio blackouts at 1550utc within about 2 hours of this thread posting. 11/10m bands didn't have much D-Layer absorption. Mostly frequencies below 25 MHz experienced moderate D-Layer absorption.
