arc 433 internet service not working

I am trying to reprogram my pro-528 and would like to download from the web service the problem is that when I go to the internet tab and then radio reference web service and select the trunk system or conventional import i cant get it to populate any data. I enter my login and password press enter and hear a system sound. When I try to select a state or any other info the dropdown is blank. at the bottom of the truncked system it says RadioRefResponseRecived. I opened the ports and disabled the firewall but nothing works. Is this software still connected to the web service?

not sure

as far as I know I am running the latest V1.02.02 is that the latest? I also included the screen shot of the web service menu. Any Ideas? I am also running Win 10 but as far as I know the website says it works with Win 10

Never mind I was out of date. updated and all good now
