arc 500 malware?

every time I install my arc 500 my webroot say its a malware due to the data cable and wont let it load has anyone had similar problems it also say a security risk?

Have been using ARC 500 and several other ARC products for at least 3 years and never had a problem

It's likely a false positive, Webroot has never been considered a top tier AV app.
