I bought ARC 500. I'm now having a problem, every time i try to use the virtual feature the whole programs closing. Should I just reinstall the program or is there something else I should do? Any help would be great.

But everything else works just fine. I can update my scanner with no problem.

It happened to me to and I just uninstalled it an did a re install and now it works fine. I just started using the software and a scanner so I am still learning.
I just re install it. Now it's working.
