Arc 500

I am a subscriber to Butel Arc 500, all of the sudden with an active subscription I have a small window pop up
and request user and password, has anyone ever had this problem from out of the blue, is there a service
number to call, or can someone give me a tip!!!

Are you referring to the Radioref. webservice? If so you need to enter your radioreference username and password and hit Connect
