Arc 536 Pro not reading UBCD3600xlt

My head is hurting with is.

I took a pdf of mil air freqs converted to a csv file so I can import it into arc but arc will not read my ubcd3600, it connects fine as virtual control is working in serial mode.
If I switch scanner to usb mode and click read in arc it directs the scanner but does not load the fav lists, so I cannot read from or write to the scanner.
it is the full and latest version of arc 536 pro

Arc 536 pro latest version 2.0

It clearly shows that the scanner is detected.
It doesn't look like any fav. files are loaded in the scanner.
The latest is 2.0 build 11.

Hi yeah as I say it connects but no favs show and scanner is full of fav lists

Can you make a zip copy of the contents of your SD card and email it to arcsoftware at yahoo dot com ?
Also there should be a file called "drivetest.txt" under My Documents\My Scanner Data Files\ARC536PRO
I like a copy of that file too.
