Using ARC Patrol Database Manager v1.01 Build 1 on Windows XP Pro SP3.
Under certain conditions*, when I add a "company" to a system using the buttons at the bottom of the screen, the software adds about 30 blank companies.
The Edit window only allows manipulation of the first 20. The additional blanks must be deleted one at a time. If I simply disable them to make them disappear from the menu, they get re-enabled when I switch focus to another system and then come back.
Disabling and re-enabling an existing company containing data causes that date to be erased.
* This only seems to happen when I add a company to a new system, don't enter any data into it, then add a second company. If I fill in the first company before adding the second, the problem does not occur.
This is a problem for me because I have my systems configured consistently and, if there is no information for a category, then I add the category anyway as a place holder.
